"Charming hotel and staff"

A charming hotel with updated amenities and bathrooms, but keeping the historical ambience. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the morning breakfast is delicious. The location is walking distance to a lot of great places. I will be back!

"Giles Hotel and Comfort, TX are Hill Country gold"

This is the best place to stay in Comfort, TX, a Hill Country secret. The hotel is almost 150 years old and has been maintained fabulously. We stayed in one of the cottages near the gazebo courtyard and it was great. Staff is friendly, cottage was clean and very comfortable. It was a pleasant surprise, we will visit again.

"Lovely but pricey"

Breakfast was lovely and most of the staff were really nice.

It could do with a deep clean. A lot of dust. A very small bed. And our bedroom was next to reception which made it noisy during the day.

"Don’t pass this one up!"

This hotel is one of the most beautiful places we have stayed. The charm and history is wonderful and this will be “our place” to stay when we come to Comfort, again. The customer service is top tier and I would recommend Hotel Giles to everyone!

"Great experience at Hotel Giles!"

We went to Comfort for a wedding and booked Cabin 9. It was super clean and the staff were all fantastic! Highly recommend booking at Hotel Giles. My daughters, (3 & 7) thoroughly enjoyed playing outside with other family members who stayed at the hotel as well. The breakfast was top notch. If we ever find ourselves in Comfort TX again we will most definitely be booking another stay!

"Great Hotel"

We celebrated my husband’s birthday in Comfort (our first visit) and stayed at the Hotel Giles. The hotel is right in the middle of the historic section of town. The hotel is beautiful and they have a great staff. They are friendly and helpful. There was a concert the first night in their courtyard. Great show and then just walk to your room. Can’t beat that. And their breakfast is delicious. It was a fun time.

"Great weekend"

We love staying at the Giles. It is so charming. The rooms are very well appointed and very comfortable. The service is great and so is the hot breakfast! We will keep going back!
