"Everything great but never returning due to uncomfortable cheap mattresses and pillows"

Location, kitchen facilities, l'occitane toiletries, modern TV, decor and having my request for a higher floor honoured.

The single mattresses and the pillows were appalling, cheap. Could feel every spring and the pillows sank down to nothing when you rested on them. No mattress toppers. Really surprised as the rest of the facilities were top quality. Would not stay here again just because of this as we had 2 very uncomfortable nights, such a shame as the rest of it was spot on.

The communication ahead of arrival on WhatsApp was excellent. It was easy to check in and the apartment had everything we needed for a weekend away

Parking was extremely tight. I have a large vehicle and it blocked other vehicles and was difficult to get into a very tight area

"Overnight stay in Clifton"

Really good location, close to everything in Clifton. Quick walk and we were on Clifton Suspension Bridge. Lovely building, very smart inside, easy but secure access. Apartment was perfect, decor modern, comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable and bedding was of very good quality. Slept well, no noise heard from the road.

Only negative might be the steps going into the bathroom. They could pose a danger/problem for older or less mobile residents.
