It was a nice room

Parking !! And the rooms were freezing even tho we turned on the heater!! The late check in ... The towels and sheets had yellow stains.. The amount of noise through the nite

location was excellent. very near attended event. check in was easy. Very quiet area. room was clean. Water pressure for shower was awesome!

bed was uncomfortable, should have larger beds available. Not enough electrical outlets

Location was very convenient, close to Big Bear Skii Resort, Free Resort Parking, Stores and Restaurants.

I didn't have any expectations given the lower price point but certainly the experience didn't reflect the property's high rating on Booking.com which was ultimately the reason I made this reservation. Cleanliness was not great (trash from previous customers and dishes/utensils not clean). Numerous, superfluous decorations in the unit were all old and dusty. Bed quilt and decorative pillow were frankly gross and should be thrown out. Over condition of the unit was old and overdue for maintenance. Kitchen faucet spraying water, slow drainage in the sink etc.

Location is very convenient, just off the main road around the lake. The sign is well lit. Nice common area to walk the dogs around. Suite was quite large. Bed was comfortable but a bit on the smaller side.

Occasional whiffs of strange smell from the carpet. Maybe they should remove the carpet if they allow pets. Walls and floors are very thin - can hear talking/TV from the sides and below.

Some People smog canabis around and no body said nothing and the smog coming inside.

Nothing, everything was dirty and unclean.

There was a literal cage outside our room with a bed in it. There were locks on the exterior and the staff visited it more than once during our stay. Thankfully the cage was empty but the bedding was dirty.
