There was nothing to dislike the premises : it was perfectly located in the centre of the town meaning everything was in walking distance. The bed was comfortable and the rooms quite cool despite soaring temperatures outsidenbp.

I had never encountered the secure lock system before making collecting the keys problematical. I telephoned the number on my documents but got no reply. Fortunately a neighbour emerged to assist me and I gained entry but only aftr half an hour : there ought to be a fallback system for clients having difficulty gaining entry.

Great location, easy reach of the town centre, private location.

A consideration for future guests; the sofa bed could do with a new mattress as you could feel all springs. We did put extra covers on the mattress to help. Being a pet owner, would suggest a deep clean to the lounge carpet/sofa/chair.

The room was booked for friends visiting from Germany. They loved their stay and were very complimentary about the house. Beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and in a great location

Great location. Just set off the main road but very quiet. Facilities provided plentiful and couldn't need for anything. Great holiday accommodation.
