Cannot fault anything, we had a lovely weekend

Excellent location for our needs but also for anyone visiting Llangollen. Great having the parking pass - we parked nearby and left the car for three days. Lovely shower, always plenty of hot water. Bed comfortable and bedroom airy and spacious. WiFi good and living area fine for two people. Kitchen clean.

Cooking utensils dated and a bit grubby. We took pre-cooked meals and ate out one night so managed. A salt shaker would be useful and the ability to make "proper" coffee, even a filter holder which is inexpensive? We took coffee bags. There is a damp problem - the flat smelled damp in the kitchen (under the sink) each time we got back. The information book is out of date - recycling info is wrong (we also live in Denbighshire so are aware). No food recycling bags provided so all went in general waste. The fridge needed to be defrosted - just needed the freezer for ice packs but it wasn't clean.

The upstairs bedroom and bathroom were attractive and spacious, and very comfortable. The location was excellent for access to the town and the facilities in the house were good. A parking permit was provided.

The kitchen eating area was cramped, and viewing the tv from the couch was an issue. The premises were not easy to locate on Satnav, which directed you to the next door property complex, and it took some time walking around to finally locate the house even with the help of some local residents. Parking was a short walk away across and down the road, in a car parking area adjacent to a former hotel. Security of our hire car was a concern to us.

Great location in Llangollen, clean with everything you need for self catering accommodation, lovely comfortable double bed upstairs. We really enjoyed our stay there.

A very nice place, but there were three of us staying there for two nights, if our stay was more than 3 nights then I would say it was a touch on the small side.

Lovely location, facilities were perfect. Nice touch with biscuit, tea and coffee. Everything was clean and tidy. Quick replies from property owners over any concerns or questions.

Could have done with some more toilet roll and maybe some herbal tea options. The sofa bed was a little uncomfortable but fine for a 2 night stay. The handbook was super helpful in looking for food places but some recommend takeaways would have been a nice touch as well.

Stairs could be an issue for elderly or children as open treads but was fine for us

Location in Llangollen. Nice kitchen. Good hot shower. Main bedroom has very comfortable bed.

The fold out sofa is really creaky when you turn over in the night.

Was a little snug for 3 of us. Would be perfect for just a couple however there was only a 2 seater sofa and a single chair which would have meant that if we were 2 couples there would have been someone sat on the floor.
