Grands Suites Hotel and Spa Sliema

Until the moment of check-out, my entire experience here was wonderful. The staff were exceptional, the cleanliness was impeccable, and everything was excellent. However, at check-out, I had the misfortune of dealing with a young lady on Monday morning who, in my opinion, is not suited for a customer-facing role. The check-out process took more than 30 minutes, despite our repeated requests to expedite it because we needed to get to the airport to catch our flight. To make matters worse, she seemed visibly annoyed with us throughout the process.

Without that unfortunate check-out experience, I would have gladly given this property a 10/10.

The facilities were very nice. The beds were very comfortable and the apartments were well equipped with everything you needed. The staff were very friendly.

It was a bit noisy at night time. Rooftop bar was on the expensive side and there was no on site bar open past 10pm.

La suite était spacieuse et très classe. Situé à proximité d'un arrêt de bus, idéal pour visiter les alentours sans prendre la voiture et chercher une place. Le jacuzzi dans la chambre offre plus d'intimité. La piscine en rooftop avec son bar pour boire un cocktail avec une vue époustouflante.

Nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt a teljes személyzet. A hotelben van lehetőség a tetőteraszon medencézni, itt van az étterem is , nagyon finom ételekkel. Egy utcányira van a part ( kb 250 m ) , innen indul több buszos körutazás ; hajóút Gozo szigetre.

Struttura in ottima posizione, vicina al rent scooter ed al lungo mare. La posizione è talmente strategica da permettere di girare l’isola. Molti market nelle vicinanze. Cucina sufficientemente fornita, doccia grande.

Al mio piano era funzionante solo 1 delle due lavatrici condivise, l’acqua della piscina esterna, posta all’ultimo piano, aveva l’acqua torbida (nessun controllo pre doccia e nessun obbligo di cuffia per i capelli). All’arrivo, in reception, non c’era nessuno che parlava italiano.

Basen na dachu. Ładne pokoje.

Wymiana ręczników powinna być codzień.
