The location was very nice.

There were no instructions on how to turn on the hot water, I tried to reach out and received no response.

There was misrepresentation over the washing machine. It is not clear to the traveller that there are TWO apartments, and that only one has a washing machine. My booking led me to believe that my apartment had a WM - I have a printed summary of the booking and it clearly states that there is a WM - this is the reason I booked this apartment. It is a common FAULT of the Booking.com site that properties with multiple apartments are combined/ confused together so that the traveller does not have truthful and clear information.

Location was excellent. Apartment was spacious. Air conditioning and washing machine were good features.

Despite complaints from previous guests about the lack of handrail up to the 2nd floor, broken shower head hook, lack of blackout curtains/blinds, cleaning, none of these issues have been rectified. There were other things: broken outdoor chair, one of indoor chairs was unsteady, lack of washing line space (1st floor had large outside washing lines). As we stayed 9 nights and there was no linen change offered, we washed and dried the sheets and towels. Drying them was difficult due to lack of large drying lines. Also, the wifi and hot water weren’t working when we arrived. We had to message the manager to find out how to get them working, which was a hassle. He should leave printed, written instructions in the apartment, as other guests have had this same communication issue. Poor or no communication by the manager is an issue.

Very spacious with excellent facilities. In the heart of Hania harbour.

Central location was good with plenty of food and service venues around

Close go everything could walk anywhere I needed. Great space. Loved having the washing after being away for a few weeks this was handy

Maybe just fix the shower. Very narrow entrance when arriving & leaving with luggage
