Captivating apartment in glasgow westend uk

There was the heating or water heater fixing when I was there. But overall the experience was fine!

great location and a wonderfully historic building.

The kitchen equipment maybe needs a little attention but with so many places to eat near by it’s not a game changer.

- great location, only 5 min walk from the subway station and lots of nice restaurants/cafes and attractions very close by - great amenities, can cook and store own food - light and bright room with nice high ceilings

- not a major issue, just the fridge was too cold and this froze some of our food! - road outside can be noisy, bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper - could be a little cleaner, couple of mucky cups & glasses and we found a hair in the bed

The apartment is just as pretty, neat, and tidy as in the pictures. The host is friendly and prompt with communication. I would definitely stay here again.

The street is on the loud side until 1am and I wish the door locks were newer or felt safer.

Great location opposite the Botanical Gardens in Glasgow's West End. Clean, spacious living area to relax in. Small but well-equipped kitchen. The host Luca responded quickly and helpfully to any questions I send by email. Good, free wifi connection. The bed was comfortable. The apartment was quick to warm up once we turned on the radiators.

The apartment is on a busy road so it was noisy but that seemed a reasonable price to pay for the ease of being in the heart of Glasgow's West End, only a few steps away from great bars, restaurants, museums, galleries, theatres and the Botanical Gardens. Just take earplugs for night-times.

The flat is good value for money and in the perfect location to explore the West End of Glasgow. It was clean, comfortable and Luca, the host, was great to communicate with.

The flat could have done with some furniture improvements. For example, there were a couple of broken slats on the bed and the TV wouldn’t work. Some bedside tables and lamps would have also been nice in the bedroom. As it’s on the main road, it’s also not ideal if you’re a light sleeper as it can be noisy at night.

The location is great. A stone throw from Byers Road, Botanic Gardens and Kelvingrove Art Gallery. Couldn't ask for more.
