Captivating apartment in glasgow westend uk

Toilet seat broken , blind missing on lounge window , no ironing board but did get one when I messaged no milk in fridge which I have always had in air B&B

Location was great apartment was roomy

Hard to contact host. Property not vacuumed or cleaned. Carpets very stained. No coffee machine or patio as stated. Missing curtains broken smoke detector window not safe. Fridge still containing left over food

Really lovely little flat. Comfortable and brilliant location.

Bed was a bit small but my boyfriend is 6ft 5.

flat was beautifully decorated and very quaint. The location was perfect.

There seemed to be a lack of attention to details and customer service. The mattress was thin and you could feed the coils. It was advertised as providing toiletries but there was only a container of hand soap. Basic utensils in the kitchen were minimal (one one broken dinner knife for example). And the tv was not working or connected to service. We messaged the property owner/management asking about it and we never got any response. That was very disappointing.

Cosy & comfortable apartment, big enough for two. Decent bed, Great location. Loved the grocery items in cupboards for use. Luca was very attentive and did try to resolve our issues.

TV didn’t connect to wifi. Some broken items including utensils. Not all promised items were actually provided. Nails poking through carpet in some areas. A few small upgrades would raise the standard immensely. It hasn’t put me off and I would return.

It's a beautiful apartment with period features. Lovely clean white decor and a nice view of the Òran Mór

Would be nice if there was better coffee/tea facilities. Single serving packages would be better. But there is a small supermarket only a few mins walk away.

Good location, comfortable living area. Plenty of storage.

Local parking was problematic and expensive. Solution - park and ride Kelvinbridge subway parking space. Free parking locally 10pm to 8am.

fabulous location, very spacious and cosy

sound proofing on the windows would go a long way. got woken up every night around 3am by the uni students coming home from pubs. not a big deal though, exams were over!

We absolutely loved this place, it's been thoughtfully decorated to feel homely and the natural lighting is amazing. The cupboards had stock in them, it was freshly cleaned and the bed was comfy. Location was absolutely perfect, we were going for a wedding so if you are going to Oran Mor it's right across the road from it! Luca was super easy to communicate with and lovely. Great host, we will definitely be back!
