Hotel Mirador Essential by Balderrama Hotel Collection

Excesivamente caros sus alimentos, excesivamente caro su servicio de transporte, 350 por persona a una distancia de 10 min. Deje un bastón junto a mi maleta para resguardo y desaparecio. En recepción ni el mas mínimo interes por apoyar con ese inconveniente. Las habitaciones viejas, el baño tiene un olor horrible permanente. No hay telefono para comunicarte de las habitaciones a recepción. Suministros en la habitación minimos, 1 jabon y 1 shampoo. Los meseros y el encargado de dar la cata de vinos, son los unicos amables y eficientes en el hotel, por ellos se salva el servicio del hotel. A ellos si les doy excelente!!

Lo único bueno es la vista, terrible que no te den Wi fi por el precio que pagas por noche, tienes que comprar una tarjeta aparte. El restaurante no tiene opciones de menú, solo sirven un menú igual para todos. El personal algunos mala actitud con poca disposición para resolver tus dudas

Poor meal options

We had a room defined as having a partial view. The view was ok. What was not ok was the partial shower, so narrow a normal-sized person hardly could get in. Towels were old - we complained and got others. So that was solved. The restaurant is definitely very over prized and no options. Only one salad, one main course and one dessert and no drinks included. Breakfast is also a rip of. Very expensive and very limited.

Très bel hôtel, confortable mais trop cher selon moi pour ce qui est offert, vue partielle sur canyon était pas de vue du tout devant notre fenétre ( plein d'arbres, fallait se rendre a la porte suivante pour voir quelque chose) Boissons au bar, prix exorbitant(ex16$ le verre de vin). Pension complète signifie une seule option de menu mais tout était très bon sauf les petits déjeuners, surtout pour la cuisson des oeufs. Très bon service du personnel aux tables et au bar, mention à Alexis, Bryan, Fernando et le monsieur plus âgé. Le choix de notre table se fait par le personnel donc nous devons nous asseoir avec les différents groupes.Nous y avons fait heureusement d'agréables rencontres.Le transport de l'hôtel au parc est aussi très cher 350$pesos/pers(27$ ca) pour 7 min de route, plus cher que pour faire le téléphérique.La terrasse est magnifique pour y admirer une partie du canyon et le salon est chaleureux . Possibilité de belles randonnées pédestres aux alentours.Nombreux chiens très doux et amicaux qui vous accompagnent.

Hotel Needs an urgent Renovation!!! Breakfast was a disaster very expensive and very limited!!! Lunch and dinner is what they have and not what you want!!! Wine was $10 dollars a glass and you have to share the table with everyone!!! No separate tables offer!!!

Lo unico malo seria que no hay red o wifi y el que tienen te lo cobran. Escuche a clientes naci9nales y extranjeros, molestarse por esto.

The staff at the front desk where horrible, everyone else were very humble and great people it was just the ladies in the front desk that had absolutely no manners, they were very rude and I’d not cared about customer service or customer comfort, the hotel it expensive and you expect good treatment but it was a horrible experience for me and my wife and for the price don’t expect luxury they have none of it, we went walking around the town and there are hotels that are way better in service and in customer service and cheaper with better amenities!! I would just not recommend anyone to stay in that place nor I will go back to it ever again!! There’s a lot more horrible stories that I can tell and it was only a two night stay…

The stay was really good, the hotel is located facing east and the sunrise is something you will never forget. Dinner menu is served at 7pm, for me it was a bit late, all food have windows of time when is available, if they will offer this at different times, the experience will be more personal. You get what you pay, it is a bit pricey but the hotel is the best of the area.
