The property owner was very unprofessional. He demanded you park a certain way and stated he had to make room for other paying guess. I was confused because I was inside of the parking spot already and had to reposition my car to meet his requirements. Once checked in the room was infested with roaches and when I told the manager her acted nonchalant about the situation and refused to give me a refund or change rooms my family and I had no other hotel choices available that was within our price range for a two night stay. We had Events sent up to attend so for the most part we spent a total of 8 hours out of the 3 days we booked so to the poor conditions and rude staff.

We couldn’t stay the night when we seen the hotel we checked out. Don’t look like the pictures! Bugs were on the bed the door was opened before we walked in. Sheets weren’t clean. We couldn’t find any other hotel because everything was booked so we slept in the car.

It was quiet and very friendly staff.

Was clean, their remodeling a very old motel, we were in a redone room it was very nice, but the outside is atrocious

If you need basic accommodations, they havoookkke you covered, the HVAC works well, the water is hot and the room is clean. The area is qum no look ooo

Overall great place to book- budgeting! Front desk was friendly and nice.

Doesnt look like the advertised photo at all. Looks rundown on outside but the inside looked new. Staff was helpful. Inside was clean and convenient to most places in area. Great price and would stay again for same price.

A staff member was extremely rude to me when checking out. I came to pick up my sisters and had luggage with me, and he accused me of being “sneaky” and “trying to get a free room.” When I explained the situation he said he “won’t talk to me if I’m going to be so arrogant.” When we finally left, he slammed the window shut in my face. Absolutely unbelievable! We won’t be back.
