Clean and comfortable really cold a/c

Lady at the front was super nice and helpful! Room it self was very clean compared to other hotels I have stayed in that more expensive.

The hotel was very ran down, staff was very rude and argumentative. I did NOT stay there due to the staff making us feel very unsafe. They refused to give any refund even tho it said i could cancel the second night. Made a complaint with Hotels.com they attempted to reach out to the property management via phone and email to no avail.

The motel was older and looked run down, I was actually shocked when I arrived. The room I was given was a lower level part of the hotel and the room had recently been remodeled. Room was clean but sparse. When checked into the room the ac had apparently been off earlier and had just been turned on, so room was warm. Fortunately I had a 5 hour meeting to attend so temp was fine when I arrived back. I wouldn’t stay there again, so I’ll spend more money for a little more luxury.

Not a great area to stay in, area is very dirty and seems like a spot for criminal activities.

Upon arrival our room was not prepared, they then proceeded to place us in a so called suite and tried to do with no extra cost like it was a privilege ? But it WASNT. The AC wasn’t working properly, the bed was not on any frame , with one small thin blanket which makes sense seeing the AC didn’t work. The TV didn’t want to work half the time . The internet was in and out the whole time .i had three fridges in my room as if it was a storage unit. THE BIG ISSUE WAS THERE WAS NO HOT WATER IN THAT UNIT . I had the faucet turned all the way to hot. I had to take cold showers for two days. The location was horrible the parking spaces was way to close to the public sidewalk constantly worried if my car was going to be stole or broken into. I WILL NEVER go there again . 0/10 do not recommend. 2 nights 275$ and 50$ deposit a waste of money. Please do not book with this establishment

Horrible & Disgusting Rooms. Staff is very unpleasant and not helpful.

Ended up not staying due the it being nothing like the pictures posted, service was extremely rude and unfriendly. Building was covered in bugs. Surrounding area was unsettling.

The room we stayed in was in an unfinished state and there were numerous dead roaches on the floor. The room was undergoing renovations during our stay. The bathroom door did not close properly. The room was lacking in furniture. There was no phone, desk, or table. There was only two beds and a chair. The office was a mess and the staff refused to let us in while we waited for our ride. We were forced to stand outside for almost fifteen minutes during heavy rain. One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. Avoid staying here at all costs.
