Was nothing like the pictures they offered online. My family felt unsafe and uncomfortable. We ended up going somewhere else with no refund offered.

The staff exhibited exceptional friendliness and attentiveness. It would be greatly appreciated if a hair dryer could be provided in every room.Everything else was good.

The staff was wonderful.

Had used soap in bathroom with nasty pubes on in from previous ppl. Floors were sandy and not clean. Not enough towels for us. The smell was god awful.

When we got there I had a reservation for a king size bed but they said it was for two queen beds and it was an extra $134 if I wanted the king bed. Then the room was extremely hot. The AC only cool about a foot away from the unit. The man at the desk kept insisting it was a brand new unit. Even after being on for a couple of hours it had not cooled the room at all. We asked for a fan to at least circulate the air. He said sure he would bring one and never did. We had to buy one only to realize it didn’t actually help. We checked out the following morning and got a room for the rest of the weekend somewhere else. The man at the desk told us that if we wanted a refund for the unused part of our stay we would have to get it from hotel.com but the site will not let you check out early or refund any money. The phone number on the site is not a valid number. I will try to contact them on Monday and if I have no results I will be reporting them to the better business bureau.

Property was in terrible condition. We couldn’t stay.

Very very nice staff. Not an eye pleasure on the outside but owners been remodeling the interior rooms and doing a great job!

Did not stay, found bugs in room and then blood on sheets upon arrival. Opted for different hotel. Very very run down. Was not offered a refund at all. Highly recommend staying away from this place
