部屋が綺麗。お風呂が浴槽とシャワーが別でゆっくり湯船につかれたので、旅の疲れもとれました。なのに、宿泊料金が安いのにビックリ‼️ また、使いたいと思いました。

チェックイン、アウトスムーズに行えて問題無し。部屋も問題無し。あえて言うなら、朝食のメインのチキントマトソースが冷めていた。メインで出すなら温かいものを出してほしい。これはホテルではなく菅乃屋の問題。

The place was perfect! The space was big, the bed was big and the toilet was big! We felt really comfortable and made the mistake of staying inside for far too long when Kumamoto has so much to offer. It was also walkable to the castle and the shopping arcade. There was even a massage chair in our room! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and will stay in other Daiwa hotels in our future stay.

繁華街なので仕方ないですが、併設の立体駐車場のキャパが足らず、提携駐車場までがかなり遠いのが残念でした。 その他は非常にクオリティの高い良いホテルでした。
