チェックインの方法がシステム化されていて、新しいホテルという印象です。室内も広くアメニティも揃っていて完璧でした。特にバスルームでシャワーがブースではなく、でもユニットバスでもない広々とした造りでゆったり入浴できました。排水にも工夫されていて安心です。フロントにバスソルトやヘアオイルも完備! ひとつ残念だったのがフロントで案内されたお店のクーポンです。現金のみの記載は無いのにクレカなら割引できないと言われ納得できないものが残りました。

"Pleasant stay"

Hotel is near the castle ruins, shopping dori and many food choices within walking distance. However, hotel's location is not near to the main Kumamoto Station so the only transport to rely on is via tram, not recommended for those who have big luggage as tram can be packed and difficult to move up and down with luggage. Perhaps it will be good for hotel to provide free pick up and drop off services to and from Kumamoto station. Buffet breakfast is decent and staff are all friendly.

Hotel location is near to shopping area and many eateries within walking distance. It's near to another Daiwa Roynet hotel which is near the big junction. The hotel parking is a bit difficult to find. Room is clean and bed is comfy. Overall a good stay.
