Hotel Toplice - Terme Krka

this place, beautiful situated in the countryside, is really very good. the staff is friendly, the hotel and restaurant are clean and comfortable (lets say 4 stars) and the food is outstanding. I always go here 1 or 2 per year and enjoy my stay. the rooms are not overdone but more than enough and the various programs with various treatments are very good. price/quality ratio is excellent.

I never thought that I would need that kind of vacation: swimming, massage, good food, meditation, walking through the woods. In Šmarješke spa I found exactly what I was looking for and more: a delicious food, a quiet hotel, a room with a view and the most important: extremely friendly and professional staff. It suited me to be alone having fun reading and swimming. There are also those who want company: they can join joint excursions, group exercises in the pool, evenings with dance music ... I will definitely come back whenever I will need to be disconnected from stressful everyday life.

Back home again, at least thats how it feels. Did three weeks Slim Fit diet on 1400-1200 kcal and intensive excercise program, massages, wraps etc. Over the years management is able to keep the quality of their services and hotel/spa relatively high. Staff and servants are VERY friendly, its clean and nice without too much luxury. Food is, also for a vegetarian, well prepared and nicely presented. Once or twice a year worth a visit for your health! Good spa, nice nordic walks and pilatus lessons. I miss it already!

This place is absolutely amazing, outdoor pool with jacuzzi and different water jets for massage, very clean and the water gets tested several times a day, indoor pool and jacuzzi, sauna and very modern and clean changing rooms, there is a second part of the terme that is only open in summer and has several pools with water slides so ideal for families with children.

I was visiting Šmarješke toplice after an injury of my ancle. The teraphy was perscribed by my doctor ans I have to say I am really greatfull. The staff; fizioterapiss, massaures, nurses, receptionists and serving staff war all more than good. They were great. Especially the terapists. They made my recovery really fast and good. The room was nothing special but it was clean. Food was also nothing above average but the service was nice. Hope to visit again soon. But for vacation not therapy.

We only used the indoor and outdoor pool and it was nice. In the beggining of Septembar it wasn't crowded.Free wifi in the pool area. Outdoor and indoor pool are conected, so we use both. There are maasagers in some parts.

The property itself is not renovated and not very comfortable (small rooms, small beds and old towels) but it is a part of a larger, newly built complex. The greenery is just stunning, the air is so fresh and clean, it is generally a quiet place (they also operate a rehabilitation centre and a good spa). The pools (both indoor and outdoor) are warm and well kept. The service is very good and the food average (but with a good selection at the salad bar - also for special diets like gluten free, etc). Sadly, very bad internet - only in common areas, and none in the rooms! Anyway, worth recommending but take rooms in other parts of the complex, like Vitarium.

This is the third visit in under a year. I first came alone, I decided I would try the juicing diet! I found it easy, it's not for all but for me it was perfect! The medical before and the consultation with a doctor was both informative and educational! The program is excellent, and the spa has some excellent treatments in lovely surroundings. All the staff are very professional, and I found them very helpful. The second time I visited was with my husband, we took part on the slim fit program, all the food is local and organic! Again the medical was thorough and the talks with a nutritionalist invaluable. We both came back feeling so much healthier! My hubby who was always opposed to health retreats was totally converted! Last week I was there with my teenage daughter, we just went to relax and enjoy the thermal water and healthy food. She is very picky but enjoyed it immensely! I am not going to say she didn't find fault at times! but if she hadn't I would of been left in total shock! It is a medical hospital as well as a spa so not all fluffy like she was expecting. But ha I g said that she wants to go back in the summer! Overall for the price and health benefits it's excellent, the rooms are spacious, scenery stunning and I can't wait to go back again!

Stayed in here in May 2016 for a week and did the slim fit program. I lost 2 kilos but the reset worked for me and during the remainder of the year I lost another 8 kilo, similar result for my wife. My cholesterol went from 'orange' to border of the green zone. Went back last week and hoping for reboost and another 5 kilo this year. Hotel is good, not outstanding, health & welness facility are great and staff proffesional and super friendly. It's hard work, far from a relaxed beach holiday, but we found it totally worth it.

First of all - staff is really nice and friendly! As waiters in the restaurant as staff in pools and at the reception. But sadly hotel doesn't ''update''. The parking lot is absolutely too small for all the guests. We came there in the middle of the week and it was totally full (we had to follow people who came out of the hotel and left). Pools are small and I was really bothered with the smell in there - it smelled like I would come to visit my grandma into a retirement home :( The fact is that I visited Smarjeske toplice as a child and I must say nothing much has changed in those years, but the prices are still quite high (food, pool). Food was good, nothing special. Surroundings, the scenery are lovely. But that's about it. I think I'll go back when I'll hear that there was a renovation going on...not before.
