LUXURIOUS ONE BEDROOM APARTMENT IN BOND STREET

Central location. Highly responsive manager/owner. Washing machine provided.

No air conditioning and apartment was very hot. Due to central location, windows need to be closed at night to minimise noise and then very hot. Excellent fan was provided however. There is a large pillar in the bedroom that would prevent anyone other than slim build moving around and this results in climbing over the bed.

Do not book with this host. Your identification is not protected by law. There is no data protection when you share your identification and you have no control over how it is used or stored. You are opening yourself to indentity fraud or theft Booking.Com has no control over his host.

This host said he needed prove I was over 21 and I should send ID at 11.30pm at night. It didnt require this when I booked 6 weeks earlier. Ad said I would get a code but it was his mobile number. Back street business do not use. He changed information on the booking when I complained. I was smart enough to take screenshots. He is dishonest and do not trust him with your identification. I have evidence. As he is a third party Booking.Com cannot protect you against him. Stick to a known hotel chain where your rights are protected. Use a credit card.

Location, location, location

Pillar in the bedroom is a bit inconvenient, but wouldn’t stop me booking again

The flat was nice,clean and fresh.. Very convenient being very near to city centre. Landlord was very helpful.

There was a concrete pillar in the bedroom which made it difficult for my husband to get in to bed. It is a construction problem and not one the landlord could do anything about. Maybe to try and move the bed around.

The apartment was clean, tidy and in a great location. The host was lovely and very helpful. Will definitely be staying again when I next visit family.

Nice modern apartment. Well located. The owner was very helpful.

The vertical blinds in the bedroom were not good at blocking out light. Maybe an additional solid blind would help as we didn't sleep too well.

The place was very clean and looked like it did in the pictures.

The water got cold fast. Probably due to the size of the hot water heater or temperature not being hot enough. Everything else was great!
