The cleaniness and very modern apartment

Very close to town center

There were no basics such as tea or coffee provided. No instructions found on how to operate the oven/microwave which provided tricky to use. Getting access to the building proved tricky as needed to be given an 'on demand' access code to gain access to the key safe each time which is located around the rear of the building, which was quite tedious.

Extremely nice property in a perfect central chelmsford location. The host was very friendly and helpful. would absolutely stay again and recommend it to anyone. Everything was very clean and had all the amenities covered. Great stay! Thanks again 😊

Bed could really do with a new mattress and extra pillows provided.

The apartment was cosy, clean and modern.

The mattress was awful and needs changing in our opinion. There is a huge pillar in the room which looks ridiculous and the bedroom needs some curtains as well as the blinds due to it being to light in there. Had an awful night's sleep!

central location good size bathroom property agent communicated well with us on how to access the building lots of local parking although quite expensive

this is described as luxury and simply is NOT . The accommodation was ridiculously hot and even with a fan was unbearable, all windows open and not cool on a weekend when temperatures outside were only really 20deg. windows open meant that we heard all of the revellers coming home through the night shouting on the street and waiting for taxis - ironic being as one of the “property rules” ( and believe me there was a long list of rules , was don’t make noise . self catering but not really equipped to cook properly or clean up -no draining board on sink or area to place washed up dishes and no tea towel there was a dish washer but it’s a maximum 2 guest stay and we stayed two nights so not going to fill a dishwasher ! a massive structural pillar in the tiny bedroom that meant that you had to climb over the bed to get in as you could not walk around it as it was too close to the wall and the end of the bed despite being advised that we may need to reset the water tank we had to suffer cold showers as immersion boiler that was not sufficient for just two of us to have a 1 shower each day . it was not cheap to stay here same price as most central London 4*+ hotels which have far more comfort and facilities . ok for one or two nights but you couldn’t stay here functionally you would be better in the local premier inn or choice of other cheaper places
