Amazing place. Staff were super helpful and the area is beautiful.

Everything was perfect. Peaceful, serene. Hosts were very friendly and helpful, would highly recommend staying here and we met the onsite donkeys, goats and pigs. Returning later this year.

Well I couldn't fault this venue and I have nothing negative to say.

The area was beautiful, quiet and secluded but close to amenities, owner was lovely and made some suggestions of places to visit, which were fantastic.

It is an animal rescue. There is an option to spend time with some of the animals like donkeys and pigs. Even though I chose not to do that, you could still see the animals. I was also easy to get to store and restaurants in the area.

It was rainy and you needed to walk across a muddy lawn to get to the cottage. So shoes got pretty muddy and so did the area right around the door inside.

The postcode took me to the wrong location so i am glad i came during the day but the area was very peaceful and beautiful. I did not receive a message prior to arrival about key collection etc but it was sorted very swiftly upon arrival. The hut was very cosy had everything you needed to have a lovely stay.

During the evening there was no lights as you walked across a section of grass to get to your hut while it was ok for me as i am able bodied, for my mother who walks with a walking stick it was difficult. A flood light did come on around 9pm but it got dark from 5pm so was a little unhelpful. Also the mattress was pretty poor quality and was very springy, however this did not affect my sleep as i was really tired but this was a big disappointment.
