Starry Meadow & Rescued Animal Experiences

It was spotlessly clean and well set out with some lovely little decor touches. The view over the animal field was lovely.

If you're looking for a peaceful getaway, this is the perfect spot. The animals are clearly happy, healthy, and incredibly sweet, making it a joy to simply sit and watch them roam in their spacious enclosures. The location is great, really close to the shops and pubs around 5 min drive. Highly recommended for animal lovers and anyone needing a restorative break.

It was quiet and tranquil. A place to rewind and just chill

Window shutter need some sort of curtains on them to block out light and wooden bed needed tightening up as made noise when moved on it and shower room needs a brighter light inside as a bit dark when getting ready

Peaceful, the nature and the solitude

Would have liked somewhere under cover to cook. Microwave, and toaster good inside and would be more than enough for a couple of nights stay, combined with the gas BBQ outside. If weather had been bad we would have struggled for our 10 night stay BUT, there were supermarkets and fish and chips shop near by. So really wasn't a negative experience. Infact if we are in the area in the future we would certainly like to return, even staying for another 10 nights.

Shepherds hut was cosy, comfortable and had good facilities. The location is really good and the animals are an added bonus.

Nice little break away with elderly mother. Loved the animals . Peace and quiet. Well equipped huts. Good informative hosts. Stayed in superior hut ( cozy nook) Separate toliet/shower building (10 steps away) This hut was by itself if your after more privacy. Fire pit was enjoyed both nights. Bbq was also busy.

Was all fab

We loved Starry Meadows. From the really friendly people running it, to the the big sky and sitting out by the fire enjoying looking up at the, beautiful starry night sky. Meeting the piggies (and donkeys , goats, +a couple of cats) was a loads of fun, and there is plenty to do in the area. ( We enjoyed canoeing on the broads, and a day on the beach with great eating and drinking options a plenty)
