Immaculate accommodation, very friendly host. We enjoyed the stay. Good location for exploring the Horsham area with its surroundings. Can recommend the suggested 30-40min walk to the nearby pub for a meal. Breakfast, though "only" continental, was plenty and lovingly prepared.

"A stunning house, beautiful view and a lovely welcome."

The Cottage was decorated and maintained to a very high standard; Sarah, our host, could not have been friendlier or more helpful - and to have woodpeckers in the garden every morning and evening was delightful!

This might not worry some people but the next room’s bathroom was immediately behind our headboard which was less than ideal.
