The bathroom does not adjoin the bedroom. It was very awkward having to unlock/lock your bedroom to then unlock/lock your bathroom and unlock/lock your bedroom again to return. It echoes throughout the through the whole building all your movements. That actual facility is unique and charming, just not what we want for our accommodation.

It was a convenient location and we could walk to the main part of town

It would have been nice to have some coffee and a few other amenities since we arrived late. Our room for three was small and it was a little confusing finding it.
