I actually wanted to book at Polana Serena, but your algorithm over road or interceded the Palazz into that request , I did not realize it was a different venue!

"The cleaning stuff spoiled my stay there and wouldn't recommend anyone to visit that hotel"

The hotel front view was perfect, and the room and bathroom were clean. The room telephone was working, making it easy to communicate with the reception. The hotel was quiet for business visits and also social visits.

1. The carpet in the room had unpleasant stains; to make it worse, my clothes ( 2 linen shorts) were stolen from my luggage after the room service refused to clean our room, saying they don't have time. However, when we came back from our tour, the room was cleaned and the beds made, and I only noticed when I arrived home when unpacking.
