central location and friendly staff

Room was not quiet, safe did not work and was not fixed, shower head was clogged with limescale

The location of the hotel was great

The rooms are tiny, the bed was super small (0.9m width) and definitely not worth the amount paid.

Attendemento, quartos estava bem organizado e a pessoa que estava na recepçao dia 30 anoite e um senhor muito gentil agradrco

Que minha estadia estava de um dia so kkkkkkk

Demora no room service

- Pequeno Almoco; - Dimensao do quarto;

- Sinal de TV...imagens com bolinhas...turvo...; - Limpeza, esqueceram uma garrafa de agua vazia; - Coordenacao do seguranca da Cancela...sempre distraido, sobretudo na parte da noite;

Location and breakfast

The staff are not flexible. I had i problem and was not possible to do the check out as 12h, only at 17.30, but they charge me 1 night and i get very disappointed because i was not there. They coukd charge becauseiam late, not 1 night. I paid the night but i didnt sleep there
