GBProperty was clean and the common area was cozy. Carlos was there to oversee the property and help with whatever you need. It felt very safe here and Carols was looking after everyone.
I never leave reviews, but this place definitely deserves a 5 star! The moment we arrived, Carlos greeted us and helped us get settled in. We were early, but he let us sit by the pool and get in as soon as our room was ready, which didn't take long. The location is perfect. Very close to the beach and bus stop, but away from the crowds. Carlos advised of getting around, places to go to, and things to do. This was a girls trip and our first time here, but it definitely won't be our last. From start to finish, everything was perfect. Thank you so much!
Carlos the manager makes this property 5 stars!! He is always around to help out. He’s a great source of knowledge about the island. Spanish is his primary language but he tries very hard to speak English.

My experience at this place was phenomenal! The location is excellent. You can walk to the beach, you can take the bus and if you rent a car it’s super safe and there is parking. I am already planning a come back. The staff is super friendly and helped us with places to go and where to eat locally.
CAGreat comfortable bed. Nice and quiet. Carlos (manager), was absolutely amazing. Arranged a car rental for us when everyone else had nothing available. Clean room. Adults only. Being a small resort, very easy to make friends. This resort actually had hot water. Short 5 minute walk to the beach.
No stove. However, lots of barbeques on which you could cook. Not much storage foe clothing.
The room was modern, clean, and well furnished. Although there was no conventional lobby with a clerk, Carlos was frequently on site helping and giving advise to the guests. I look forward to returning.
The accommodations were were very clean and comfortable. Carlos and his team were very friendly and helpful. Our room looked over the pool and the pool was refreshing and relaxing and there were lots of chairs and loungers. The rooms by the pool also had nice patio areas for sitting more privately.
