USThe location was great! Walking a distance of 10 minutes to the beach (by car probably a minute) It is very affordable, and the suits are comfy and clean. Yet, the greatest part was Carlos He helps with everything needed and knows the places around the best!
ESWe really enjoyed staying here! The place has great location, nice rooms and the owner of the place Carlos is such a nice person! Thank you very much for everything! If we come back to Aruba, we’ll stay with you again.

The property was wonderful. Our room walked right out to the pool area which was like an oasis. If you stay here I would recommend that you have a car available as it is 5-10 minute walk to other services, and maybe 30 minutes to the main areas of Noord. Carlos the manager was great. He provided lots of great advice and was very enthusiastic.
NLI was welcomed and showed around the place with a warm welcome. The place is close by car to restaurants and the beach. Also if you don't have a car, one could walk about 10-15 minutes to the restaurants area.
They charged me extra money because I paid by Credit card and not cash. This is lack of transparency in the price. They marked my CC as invalid but I had another booking just after this and all was good with the same CC. I always used this CC and never had problems. The apartment is close to the main restaurant area, but a car is necessary for convenience. At night, the shortcut lacks lighting, making it uncomfortable to walk back, while the longer route involves walking along a road shared with cars (which would be a 15 minutes walk). Additionally, the rooms have poor air circulation. The apartment door only has dark curtains, and since it needs to be kept closed, it’s difficult to allow fresh air in.
Carlos is the manager for the property and he alone would be reason enough to book this place again. He goes over the top to make you comfortable and help you with anything. Kind man with a huge heart that loves to help people. I only booked the place to sleep for the night after all flights were cancelled at AUA airport and left at in early am so can’t give full review. But such a cute place that I’d happily rebook on a future trip!
This propert is 10 minutes walking distance from the beach. It’s very convenient and very safe. The rooms are perfect, comes with a full kitchen. Also has a pool, outside shower, and very relaxing. I would recommend this place and would visit it many more times. Carlos is the housekeeper, very handy, great gentleman, he helped us out.
