Amazing resort with great staff. High attention to details

The best hotel you could wish for, in Crete and beyond. Spacious rooms, impeccable cleanliness, but above all, an exceptional staff at every level. A place where smiles and customer service reign supreme, where the quality of service truly makes the difference. Excellent dining and bar services, a splendid pool, and a spectacular beach with daily sunset views. Plus, free parking, a high-end on-site spa offering a wide variety of treatments, a comfortable and well-equipped gym, all in a strategic location on the island, making it easy to rent a car nearby and explore anywhere you want from north to south. Excellent resort from all perspectives. We stayed in an executive suite on the seafront with a private pool. This suite delivered all what was promised and even more: a personal wellcome by a hostess, with different wellcome drinks and a large fresh fruit platter; privacy, cleanliness, roomy spaces, 2 bathrooms and all this fully equipped . To the suite belonged an idividual beach tent with 2 comfortable sun beds, 2 beach seats a table and free towels. Every day free water and large fresh fruit platter were served. The restaurants are from a superior level. Each and every dish was better than what we have eaten in other restaurants during our excursions on the Island. And this goes even for the buffet restaurant. Breakfast was oppulent and with an extreme variety of choices. And last but not least: the staff was extremely kind, friendly and helpfull ! In short: Amira offers a Hospitality with high class! Very recommendable!

Beautiful adults only hotel, excellent staff and the food was amazing. Near Rethymnon so excellent location. Swim-up rooms if prefered.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. When we arrived, they upgraded us to a beter suite, which was a big surprise.The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making me feel at home. I also really enjoyed the breakfast, which had a great variety and fresh options. The location was perfect, close to everything I wanted to see and do. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

This was my second time at Amira resort. I came back because I had a very good experience. If you’re looking for a quiet relaxing place - this is it. The resort design very well, the infinity pool is pamper and clean. The location is good with an excess to the private beach, The staff are very nice and helpful, food is great too. Meillä oli kallis budjet mutta nyt tuli runsaasti sille vastinetta; rannan ja rantaravintolan henkilökunta tosi mukavia. Kaikkea hedelmiä ym juomia vaan tarjoiltiin henkilökohtaisille rannan pedillemme. Ei tarvinnut kiirehtiä pyyhevarakseen, koska aurimkotuolit katoksineen oli meille hekilökohtaisesti varattuja. Loppupv kruunasi oma allas kahvitteluineen.

Ravintola Nissoksessa buffe-tarjoilijat eivät kyllä liikaa hymyilleet, muutamaa poikkeusta lukuunottamatta. Ravintolaan pääsi miehet välillä siisteillä sandaaleilla, mutta kun iso johtaja oli paikalla, passitettiin miehet huoneeseen kengän vaihtoon. Mietin, että jos mä maksan 1000€ hotellista per yö, ei mun juosta sandaaleita vaihtamassa. Tässä ehkä korostui turha jyrkkyys, mikä ehkä olisi tulevaisuudessa jopa luotaan työntävä. Mielestäni tehokan informointi olisi ollut reilumpi.
