Zuri Resort

We had a fantastic stay at Zuri Hotel. The views of Coron Bay are absolutely gorgeous, and the location is perfect. It is just outside the town proper, so it is peacefully quiet away from the busy streets, but still close enough that you can easily walk into town. One of the highlights was seeing so many birds around the property; it is a great sign of how peaceful the environment is that they feel comfortable staying and nesting there. Our room was spacious, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast buffet offered a lot of wonderful options. On top of that, the staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it is a beautiful place to stay and we highly recommend it!

The only minor thing to note is that the shower floor can get quite slippery, which is just something to keep in mind for the elderly or anyone with mobility issues.

Everything especially the seniour friendly and kid friendly areas. The game room was amazing and kids couldn’t get enough of it

I suggest that a resort this big needs at least a nurse staff on duty or a medic since a lot of times the floors are slippery and accidents and falls are bound to happen

Beautiful property – everything from the lobby, to the rooms, pools, restaurant were excellent. Part of our group stayed in the Premier Family Room (with 2 queen beds) and it was so nice and spacious. Clean, organized, hot tub and a shower with rainfall showerhead. Comfortable beds. Balcony with beautiful views of the sunrises and sunsets. The pool was special. 4 pools, one infinity style with swim up bar and a kid’s pool. Excellent staff – they were all so friendly and helpful. Every morning I’d wake up early from jetlag and take a walk around the property and I’d see staff working hard and cleaning the common areas. Special shoutout to Julius (part of breakfast staff) who was so attentive and efficient. Check-in was seamless and efficient as well. No issues with airport pick up or drop off. Reliable WIFI. Smart TV that had apps like Youtube and Netflix.

These are petty and did not affect our experience negatively. Gym is on the smaller side with just 2 treadmills. Free weights. At one point we had ants appear in our bathroom sink. We told staff and they took care of it right away.

The staff were very accommodating.

We loved everything about the resort. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The balcony was a wonderful addition and a great place to relax. The facilities were excellent, and all of the pools were well-maintained and enjoyable. Overall, we had a fantastic stay.

We booked a massage, but the experience felt rushed from start to finish. The staff seemed to be hurrying through the session, which made it difficult to relax and fully enjoy the treatment.
