駐車場の予約をしてませんでしたが（予約方法が分からなかった）キャンセルが出たそうで臨機応変に対応してくださり，駐車場に入れる事ができました！スタッフの皆さんの対応も笑顔で素敵でした！

車で遠方から来たのでホテル内の駐車場を利用できたのはありがたかったですし､忘れ物があったのですが丁寧に電話でご連絡頂きました^_^ ありがとうございました^_^

仕方なかったとは思うんですけど､美味しい朝食が楽しみだったのですが、食堂が休日ということで混雑で部屋で食べるしかなかったので持って帰りましたが､もう一度行こうとした時に､エレベーターが2台しかなく待ちが五回以上続きもう断念しました。
