1階の端っこの部屋だったが、室内のベッドや窓の配置が他の部屋と違っていて居心地が悪く、実際以上に狭く感じた。またテレビや冷蔵庫も不安定だった。土曜だったせいもあり値段も高く、不満が残った。総じて1階の部屋は通りの騒音やコインランドリーに出入りする人の音や動きが室内にまで伝わってきて快適に過ごせない。
