Good location and quiet. Street parking outside the house (the host sorts a parking permit for you on a daily basis). Easy access to train station (10 min walk) and 25 mins overland train to Waterloo. Sainsburys Local round the corner. Surbiton High St 10 mins walk with lots of facilities. House was warm and comfy beds, good showers.

We were there 4 nights and the WI-FI didn’t work, which wasn’t great with a teenager. The host was responsive and contacted their supplier but unfortunately wasn’t able to sort it. We struggled to get a reliable TV signal too, which may have been connected. Although the kitchen appliances were good, there were not enough pans and utensils, but this wouldn’t be a problem if you were eating out.

The house was immaculate, stylish, and had thoughtful touches everywhere. The location was perfect. Very nice and quiet neighborhood. Their communication was prompt and helpful, and they made sure we had everything we needed. We felt so at home and relaxed in their beautiful space. Thank you, Mr. Amir for an incredible stay! 💖🏠"

The apartment is very clean and cozy. The heating system works perfectly well.

Great social kitchen . Bathroom facilities. Good size bedrooms.

No parking outside. Permit needed for certain times of day.

Clean, on street parking, good outdoor space at the back. Wi-Fi good, quiet location. Nice and warm.

Not enough ‘comfy’ seating for 6. Couldn’t find any guidance on the operation of the property.

Working in the area for 3 days so coming back to this lovely house was most welcoming. Everything you needed - couldn't fault it. Would highly recommend. Thank you to the hosts for making everything simple and a very smooth transaction.

The property was lovely

It wasn’t really a good stay because it was freezing, couldn’t get the heating on so rang the owners and they said that they would send someone out but this was Saturday afternoon and we were only there for 2 days, we eventually got the heating on without someone coming out although it went off again in the evening and no one could get it back on again, so because if this I didn’t rate the property, although it was a really lovely property Thank you
