Very nice house with spacious rooms, grat location with near bus stop for public transport, grocery store right around the corner (Sainsbury's) . Great choice, we would take it again!

The location was quiet and great for our trip to Hampton Court and for the train into London. Plenty of shops, restaurants and amenities nearby. Parking permit on the street sorted by host. Little extras such as milk, bottle of wine, coffee and tea and snacks were a very nice touch. Layout of house was good and a nice sociable space for the three of us. The living room, kitchen and bathrooms were very modern and good specification. The outdoor space was lovely. The host was nice and friendly. The property was very clean.

It appears that the TV hub box and WiFi are in the house next door also owned by the host which gives a weak signal.The TV wasn't connected to the hub and it took a couple of hours for the host to come round and sort it after an exchange of messages. There were intermittent problems with this throughout the stay. Parts of the house would benefit from a lick of paint as it looked a bit tired in places. The handrail to the top floor was barely connected to the wall and whilst the host pointed this out on arrival it was still like that when we left. The property would benefit from some basic things like tumblers/glasses, more than 2 very small wine glasses, kitchen roll, tea towel, 4 slice toaster, pedal bins in the bathrooms, blind for the skylight in top floor bedroom.
