SACRED STONE Boutique Hotel

We loved the location and warm welcome from the staff. However when we arrived at the room it was not in the best condition. Beds were comfortable and the sound of the rapids which came through the window, felt like a natural white noise. Breakfast included was continental and coffee was strong but very good. It is ok for a night but would not come back again.

The room was nice and comfy - but what really set this hotel apart was the staff. MY girlfriend was really sick from food poisoning on our way to Aguas Calientes, and the staff took good care of her they were very understanding and also made her a homemade remedy. Excellent hotel I highly urge you to choose this one.

This hotel was fantastic! They will meet you at the train station and walk you to the hotel so you that you don't get lost. We had a Riverside room and the river was so loud but we loved it and even slept with the window open for the white noise. We went to Machu Picchu in the morning and they had no problem storing our book bags until 3:00 p.m. when we caught the train back to Cusco. I definitely recommend!!

We had a wonderful stay at the Sacred Stone Hotel. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We had an amazing view of the river, and could hear the rainy season waters rushing right outside. The area was very safe, and was super easy to get to Machu Picchu, hot springs, and local dining.

People are very friendly. My room is clean. It’s good.

Great for what we needed it for while visiting Machu Picchu

Our family group of 18 were warmly welcomed by the hotel staff, providing a quick and easy check in since we'd been traveling all day. Our rooms were nice, with colorful traditional decor, comfortable bed and hot shower. Breakfast was good and was provided early before we had to board the bus to Machupicchu. The service we received was exceptional as they called a doctor to provide follow up care for my mom that had been experiencing altitude sickness. One of their staff, Lucero, went above and beyond in checking on our mom throughout the next morning while we were in Machupicchu so that we didn't miss out on our tour there. Jesus at reception did a great job in keeping track of all our luggage in storage. Eventhough it was a big group of us, they made sure we were all taken care of. We all felt we were treated like family and wish we could've stayed at least one more day. Thanks to BioAndean Tours for choosing this hotel for us
