There is a gap between the windows. Way too noisy from the river outside. The staff was trying to charge extra “service fee”, which was beyond the confirmation.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the station and all amenities.

Room very noisy as the hotel is part of a restaurant and we were allocated the room next to the restaurant area. The worst part is the bed bugs that attacked us overnight. My wife and I, as we were allocated twin beds, both had more than 20 bites in the morning - unacceptable!

Great location, staff are really friendly and accommodating and also good value for money.

O hotel tem boa localização, ao lado da praça principal de Machu Picchu Pueblo e e estava limpo e organizado, porém deixa a desejar nos quesitos de conforto. O quarto e banheiro são apertados e só tinham 2 camas para 3 pessoas. Chegamos a noite e não tinha iluminação direito para subir as escadas. Também não tem recepção 24 horas.

Staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast was amazing at 5.30am!

Dirty, rundown hotel. Room wasn’t cleaned, still had trash from previous guest and bugs found in room and sheets. Door didn’t lock. Hotel offered to watch our things after checkout and items were never stored in secure place. Do not recommend.

Everything, early breakfast, the room was comfy, the staff were very kind, they used translate to communicate with us.

The location is great, can hear the river and a low rumble of the train when it passes by. Walkable to everywhere you need to go in town, restaurants at your doorstep. Walk to the train, the bus, Machi Picchu, and more.

Reception did not speak English. The rooms are 3 walls and 4th wall is a big window to the hallway. The lights in the hallway were on all the time. Some rooms are 5 floors up. Take your time.
