It was clean and modern property. Very comfortable and polite and responsive staff. So far we enjoyed staying there and we will consider it for the next time.

The property didn’t have elevator and it was difficult for seniors. No easy access to parking the only was was the other side of building from the parking door. Also the neighbours who live upstairs were so noisy and we woke up everyday from 5 Am!

It seems that the air filter needs to be changed. And the apartment to garage door is closed so that we always need to walk all the way back to the auto garage door to reach the car.

1. Very dirty and old apart. Everything was in usage for many years. The kitchen is so dirty with fat spots, seems that it’s impossible to clean them. Or maybe the housekeepers don’t want to. A lot of spots everywhere. 2. The were some repair works outside and it was too loud to stay inside. 3. The stairs are dangerous for small kids. 4. There isn’t a sleeping space for 2 kids on the second floor

We have had all the things we needed.

Registration is not easy for me. Here are many steps and use many ways for communicating like whatsapp, courriel, booking application, etc. I was so confused.

The property is really clean and well equipped

The management are shady, they asked for a deposit outside booking site and after i left they send me an email that they will redact from the deposit for fake reasons and when i told them i will report you to booking they canceled my reservation and clamed i never stayed at the property
