Ambiance and hotel management is excellent

I loved everything

construction work constantly was a source of disturbance. Hotel rooms were unclean with broken wash basin and pest infested. Breakfast was the worst i have ever encountered with only two food items available + Tea. Overall a forgetful experience.

No intercom available in rooms . TV are not having any channels in Hindi/ English.

Old and slow elevator, uncomfortable bed, very very slow WiFi, air conditioning not cooling at all, small bugs in drawers and on the floor, barely functional tap in bathroom.

The toilets were clean and beds were clean

The room had tiny cockroaches, the room service from the house keeping was very incompetent, they didn't give us what we needed unless we called them 3 times with the same request. The bell boy was rude. There was no hot water, there was no exhaust in the toilets, the flush in the toilet didn't work however it was fixed the next day. They didn't provide clean towels unless requested.

Absolutely Nothing

Absolutely everything . This place should not been on Booking .com . It is a health hazard . Disgusting bathroom which did not work . Both toilet and shower did not work . Dogs parking all night . No restaurant. They had room service but nothing available .
