"Dirty sheets, dirty and smelly room, dirty bathroom"

Big bed

The room was filthy, the bedding was dirty, there was a lot of body hair and dirty marks on the sheets, the floors were dirty, furniture was dirty, bathroom was dirty. I asked the staff to change the bedding, and I had to help for it to be put on. I was not expecting this for the price of the room, nor from the rating of the hotel

"Bad Hotel and Bad quality rooms"

The staff who supported us to get our luggage to the room were very professional and helpful.

The room and bathroom were all defective and not clean. Everything is age old furniture, taps, switches, Aircon etc. It was really frustrating. No exhaust fan in the bathroom.

The bathroom was smelly, they just used a freshener instead of cleaning even though I asked specifically for cleaning. Landline not working for room service
