The reception staff was nice

There were rats running around. We were given the floor where they had a dining area and had a canteen.

Location being closed to the airport, but not the locality of the hotel.

I was stuck inside the bathroom because the door jammed. Thankfully, I was travelling with my family to push the door and open it with lots of effort or else I would be stuck there forever. The door won’t even move if it was shut. Imagine somebody staying alone in the room and getting stuck inside the bathroom bevoegd the door was completely jammed. The AC leaked all over the place creating it pathetic to even walk around the room. Hotel was having a full fledged construction going on which is a discomfort. Also, my room was situated right inside the in-house restaurant, people were sitting and eating right outside my door, this is awkward and kitchen workers were making noises right in the morning that woke me up.

WiFi wasn’t working and rooms aren’t clean

Cleanliness of the room.

No wifi inside the room. No action taken even after complain. The telephone was not working in the room. A/C was not working properly so room was not cool. I recommend not to put such hotels on booking.com.
