Great rooms. Very clean and newly remodeled

It was ok

You know, I hesitate to put in a poor review since it was so inexpensive. But it did not feel safe. No lobby, just a check in window, no ice machine that I could find. No shampoo, tv was the worst I have seen in many years. sound was bad, remote did not work well. Phone in room to call for internet password did not work. walls and floors pretty thin. no breakfast, no vending. Bed was comfortable for me, but I was concerned about bedbugs so I pulled back to the mattress to check. Over the mattress was a cover that was stained horribly. It looked like years of collected stains. The mattress itself was covered in plastic. The room was updated - although the bathroom walls were painted haphazard. But hey, hot water and plenty of water pressure

I was unhappy because on Expedia they said pet friendly then when we arrived it said no pets. I told them they needed to update there profile. She didn't want to lose business so gave us a smoking room which I quickly denied. Then she was mad that she had to give us a newly remodeled room. Which was ok except that the sheets were not a fitted sheets it was two flat sheets that they had left on bed while painting room so there was paint on sheet. And there was grout in shower from remodeling. Just didn't feel very clean. And on top of that the door didn't lock properly so I felt very unsafe. But we were exhausted from driving and took a chance staying. The bed was at least comfortable.

Remodeled. Neatly painted. No cracks anywhere. No carpets, which makes it very clean!! Granite counters. Excellent choice for the price if you don't need amenities or lots of room, and if you don't mind a noisy AC. No coffee. They don't offer nor advertise NON- SMOKING rooms, so we were hesitant about booking with them. The lady said that they don't have non- smoking rooms because people are going to smoke anyway (???). I would stay there again :)

For being an older building,the inside was nice,was very quiet,I would recommend if you're not looking for a lot of amenities.I'm 5'11, finally a shower,I didn't have to stoop down & had room to spare. I needed a reading lamp, other than that,great room,for the price.

Me an my family ONLY stay economy Inn Monroe Louisiana!! I love there staff,the owners r the best!!. Very compassionate people! Willing to help there guest in any way they can. The rooms r clean.
