"Dirty"

"Good"

We had not been in the room 5 minutes when roaches crawlled out from under the bed. We immediately packed up and left. When i inquired about a refund the manager would not do it saying he would talk to expedia and see what he could do. Please expedia help me with the refund.

"Excellent"

Room was clean but small. No breakfast or even coffee. Google Maps could not find it at first. Very close to ULM.

"Roach Motel"

Should have asked for another room. Wasn't as clean as it should have been. Killed two roaches, dirty wash rag hanging on shower rod, no extra toilet paper, greasy hand print on mirror, bathroom counter not completely clean, something brown smeared on ceiling and by door. Wasn't vacuumed very well. Dust ruffle very dusty. Furniture very scuffed up.
