The room was very big. But the service mixed up our luggage multiple times.

It takes around 10-15 minutes walk to Kyoto Station. The room is small but clean, fridge and quick boiler was set as well. You could easily buy yourself breakfast in the first floor. There is a small morning tour you could join for free, but the staff will only speak in Japanese (simple English instructions were provided).

冷蔵庫が冷えない。飲み物がぬるかった。 浴室が、ぞうきんのような匂いがして臭かった。 部屋の椅子の座面が小さくて座りごごちが悪かった。

I had a generally positive experience at OMO3 Kyoto, with some room for improvement. The focus on eco-friendly amenities and the zen atmosphere were highlights, contributing to a relaxing stay. The room size was also a plus compared to other hotels in Japan. However, there were notable issues. Cleanliness was lacking, especially around the toilet seat. Additionally, the breakfast offerings were limited, particularly for those who don't eat pork. The absence of basic breakfast items like croissants and cereal, along with the lack of hot food, made the breakfast experience less satisfying. While the 24-hour food option is a convenient feature, it may be worth considering dining out for breakfast in the future. Overall, while the hotel has its strengths, addressing cleanliness and improving breakfast variety could enhance the overall guest experience.
