Location was right on Beale street, staff super friendly and good facilities with pool and games

Air con was super noisy and woke us up multiple times at night, randomly bangs every 10 minutes or so. Really disruptive. Also the cafe in the Hyatt Centric area had something of a fly infestation when we were trying to eat which was not pleasant.

The price and you charge for a valet parking. it should be added into the price. Do not charge and when you get there.

The location was great! The valet staff were exceptional! The bakery goodies tasty!

Our room was dirty we didn’t notice it our first night because there is no overhead lights in the room just 3 lamps. And the lamp in the living room area was hidden behind the curtains. So the next morning we opened the curtains found the lamp and with natural light could see the dirt and rose petals under the sofa. The ball of long blond hair behind the barn door to the bedroom. And last but not least all the Bobby pins on the rug surrounding the bed. The bedside table closest to the window had sticky something all over it with hair stuck in it. So the cleaning staff are not cleaning the rooms. We asked for a different pillow option other than down while we were down at the desk and was told she would send up some options to our room, the options never came and they do not answer any calls from your room. So location great, valet staff terrific but the hotel already looks run down.

The staff was excellent! Everyone was very helpful and courteous. The staff absolutely made the entire trip a pleasure. The room and hotel was clean and the location was 2 blocks from Beal Street. Great location and excellent facility.

It was close to Beale street and they was very accommodating and the staff was very nice and the valet workers were AMAZING! They need more credit for the job they do.
