"Great location and amenities!"

Went to Graceland, but stayed here to be close to Beale St. It was a great hotel with a lot to offer with pool, bars, food, games, and pool table.

"Beautiful property, friendly staff but valet parking was a nightmare"

Loved the restoration of the historic elements.

The morning we left it took over 30 minutes to get our car from valet parking. Short on staff and we kept getting overlooked … many guests got their vehicles ahead of ours.

"Great stay in Memphis"

Location is excellent, very close to Beale Street and good restaurants. The staff, specially the receptionists are also wonderful, thank you : )

The water pressure in the shower of the room could be better.
