The staff was very helpful in meeting our needs and were exceptionally accommodating. They went above and beyond to make sure we had an excellent stay.

The breakfast and rooftop bar are amazing! The valet, inside bar and front desk need some training or support for customer service. We waited 50 min for our car from valet and then finally walked with the guy, along with at least four other customers to get our car ourselves. The inside bar and front desk are not customer centric- at least when we were there. Great location and could be something special!

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Obwohl man sagen muss, dass die Stadt eh klein ist. Da kommt es nicht so drauf an. Geparkt haben wir gegenüber in dem Parkhaus. Kostet 12$ über Nacht. Das war prima. Valet muss man nicht machen. Wir waren im Caption, was gut war, denn irgendwie war das wie ein toter Arm des anderen Hotels, durch das man rein kommt. Man läuft dann bis hinten durch. Vorn mega Gewusel und laut und hinten war dann niemand mehr. Die Sitzbereiche ganz leer. Das Zimmer war spärlich eingerichtet, aber es war alles da. Es war auch leise.

Die versprochene Dachterrasse haben wir nicht zu Gesicht bekommen. Sie war auch nicht ausgeschildert. Ein anderer Gast sagte und bei der Ankunft, dass sie wohl am Sonntag nun zu sei. Soso. Auf Nachfrage hieß es, am nächsten Tag wäre dann aber offen. Überraschung: Da hieß es von einem anderen Mitarbeiter, dass am Mo immer zu sei. Pfff. Da wir dann abgereist sind, kann ich nicht sagen, ob die Terrasse überhaupt existiert oder aktuell immer zu ist. War schade. Wir hatten uns auf einen Absacker bei Sonnenuntergang gefreut.

It was clean and comfortable and the location was fabulous. Parking garage right across the street.

There were no dressers or luggage stands. We had to put our suitcases on the floor. There were 5 hangers. We stayed 2 nights, but only 2 coffee pods. It was confusing at first, not knowing the check-in for Caption was the same as Clarion.

This hotel is wonderfully close for attending Orpheum shows. Rooms are small but okay for just sleeping. Black-out shade is nice.
