I would like to write a review for the valet service that I got it was excellent. They hustled TJ waited on me the most. Service was awesome. Staff was very polite.

To get all the amenties and excellent services, I would recommend staying at the Centric. The Caption does not yet have all the services the Centric has, despite being on the same property. Room service is limited to Centric guests, and Valet is at the Centric entrance. The staff was absolutely fantastic with what they could do for Caption guests, which was minimal compared to Centric guests.

It was very clean. Staff was very friendly. Any question we had was answered personalities were awesome.

We felt that you could’ve been a little more informative about how to use the elevators that you had to use your room key and we thought we could’ve had more info that you could get an actual sitdown breakfast. Those were the two main things that we thought could need some help.

Nice and Clean, beds were comfortable Easy walking distance to Beale Street bars
