We like the location , everything was a few walks away from restaurants , stores , attractions and very safe area . The staff very friendly and ready to help you in anything that you may need .

The rooms were very nice, and the housekeeping was well done. The location was good but on the edge of the nice area of El Centro.

"The hotel overall was good but the bed was the worst bed I’ve ever slept on"

The problem Perry was clean and friendly staff

The bed mattress is horrible ! Like sleeping on rocks or concrete floor , I did notify staff because of stone bed I wouldn’t return :/ our friends & my husband & I both couples did not rest due to brick mattress :/

"Comfortable stay in a nice modern room at a great location in Oaxaca."

Great location. Spacious and comfortable room with modern amenities. Great place to stay in the center of Oaxaca and explore the city center and surrounding areas.

No tea/coffee maker in the room. Coffee was available in the mornings but if you wanted it in the afternoon or evening you had to go out.
