The staff is just amazing. Always trying their best to help you. The room was very spacious, very big and comfortable! The location is amazing just very close to everything you should search in Oaxaca

The decoration of the room wasn’t the best, a bit too grey for us. The fact that there is no breakfast is a bit bummer but there is plenty of places to go in Oaxaca so no biggy

"No frills but clean"

It was clean and the shower was nice

Staff is polite but uncommunicative— didn’t share Wi-Fi, mention where coffee is available, or anything to set us up when we checked in. This means they haven’t been trained. Hotel is a bit eery and empty, very worn out overall with cheap fixtures in the room. The bed was very uncomfortable! Didn’t even have a duvet!
