"Please take a proper action for my double charged credit card!!"

My credit card has been double-charged. I contacted the manager, but only received a reply once, and haven't heard from them since. They won't even give their name, what dishonest behavior! What's going on? Are you refusing to help me because I'm overseas? This is a matter of trust! You must let me know the　proper reasons!!! I will keep posting this until I get a proper response! thanks! Don't get me wrong! I like the hotel itself very much! and also staffs working there, but the management is the problem.....

Clean and easy to navigate. Pay to park. Close proximity to American Brand. Coffee, tea, and water available. Rented 5 rooms for my daughter’s birthday.

The windows outside is dirty. Not good in pictures. I asked the customer service if someone can clean, but no one cleaned the windows.
