"Good hidden gem"

Great location, plenty of food, gas, grocery stores all within 3 blocks. Safe feeling area people walking dogs and kids. Self check in/out, felt weird but was easy. Free coffee/tea/flavor waters, 24 hrs a day was a plus.only downside we thought was no charging ports, only a couple wall plugs, so we had to buy a wall charger, otherwise it was good.

"worst hotel experience of my life"

I’m struggling to think of anything good. I guess the location was ok.

I would warn anyone against booking here. The place smells bad, hygiene is poor, the hotel manager Carl is rude and disrespectful, there are no humans at reception - there are just a couple of people on zoom in the lobby. They accepted they mishandled comms regarding my booking but then tried to refuse to let me leave with a refund and even went so far as to lie when I called booking.com customer services - they told booking.com they had cctv to show I had used the room when I hadn’t! I even had to ask their housekeeper to confirm that she had seen my suitcases sitting outside the room and I had not used it, and asked them to show proof since their cctv will show I never used it. I argued with them for an hour before they finally refunded me and let me go and stay somewhere else, it really ruined my trip.
