AUAUAUAUStaff were very friendly and accomodating. The food, although a little pricey, was excellent and would recommend to everyone.
The mattress was way too soft. No firmness. There was a constant banging by two awning covers against the balcony in the breeze. No one came to fix it and after listening for over an hour and being unable to sleep, I found some plastic bags to use to tie them down.

The noise from the band below the bedroom was excessive. There was no hot water in the bathroom? Room rate was excessive for the facilities provided.
